Family in Nature

Our Story

At Small Town Plumbing, Northwest Indiana isn’t just where we work. It’s home.

Born and raised in East Chicago and now a proud Hammond resident, Alex has spent his life in the communities he serves. This is where he grew up. It’s where he’s raising his family. And it’s where he built Small Town Plumbing from the ground up.

As a father of two, he knows how important it is to have a home you can count on. When something goes wrong, you also need a plumber you can trust to show up and do the job right.

That’s what Small Town Plumbing is built on: honest work, dependable service, and treating every customer like a neighbor.

But the name and brand also have a deeper meaning. The Small Town Plumbing logo was created in honor of Alex’s close friend Quincy, who passed away. Quincy was an artist, and his first album was called Small Town Kids. That connection became part of the inspiration behind Small Town Plumbing and a way to keep his memory alive.

When Alex built this company, he wanted it to stand for something. The brand reflects where he came from and the people who helped shape him. Honoring Quincy is part of that story and a reminder to never forget the people who were there along the way.

That same mindset shows up in the work.

Whether it’s a quick repair or a major plumbing project, every job deserves the same care. We’ll tell you what needs to be done. We’ll respect your home and your time. And we’ll never cut corners just to get to the next job.

Small Town Plumbing was built with pride in the work and a genuine love for Northwest Indiana.

Because our customers aren’t just names on a schedule. They’re our neighbors. And that means something to us.
